On my page on camping clubs, I mentioned that I've got a membership in the Mountain Lakes (Alabama) campground. Today I happened to be in the campground, so took some pictures.
What this membership entitles you to is camping on beautiful Lake Guntersville free forever. You're allowed to camp free 14 days, then have to leave for 7 days, then back in 14, etc. ... OR, you can stay 10 days, then out 1, then back 10, etc.
Below, I've included the pictures. All this can be yours for only $2400 -- not bad for lifetime free camping. This same membership, if purchased new, would cost from $8000 to $11000, depending on which options you choose. And I'm the original owner, so you can sell it again later if you like.

Firstly, if you have your own camper, there are over 300 campsites to choose from -- and all have a view of the lake. Many have shade trees and about half have a concrete patio. All have full hookups and are plenty big enough for any RV.

If you don't have an RV yet, they have cabins, mobile homes, and chalets for rent at very reasonable rates. On the left is a picture of one of the chalets.

What's to do? Well, the clubhouse on the right has a large open upstairs for bingo, dinners, etc. Downstairs is a cardroom, TV room, exercise room, flea market, beauty shop, and I don't know what-all else.
Also stuff for kids (and the rest of the family) -- playground (shown below left), indoor pool, outdoor pool (below right), miniature golf, basketball court, tennis court, picnic areas, and more.

And of course, you ARE on Lake Guntersville, so if you like to fish, this is the place to do it. There are also golf courses nearby for the duffers in the crowd.
On the right is a shot of the marina, where you can rent a space for your boat. Below are a couple of snapshots of one of the 7 fishing piers at the park.
When you're done looking, go to the top of this page to go elsewhere in the RetirementTips website.
